Unlike most of my competitors, I advertise my prices upfront.
I do this because I'm not trying to "sucker" you in. I am
confident my pricing is far below the competition. This is why
you find a clear description and list of pricing! Others wont
do that because they often cost an arm and a leg!

Pricing for Consultant Services: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

In-Home Service:
Charges are based on a flat hourly rate of $60.00/hour for any work preformed at the house. Charges are incurred in 1 hour increments. (Typically this rate runs $70-80 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum!)

Small Business Service:
Charges are based on a flat hourly rate of $75.00/hour for any work preformed at the commercial office. Charges are incurred in 1 hour increments. (Typically far below any competitor pricing.)

Emergency Service: -- New Service!

I'll get you taken care of. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week***. Be sure to indicate you need Emergency Service for a quick response.

Charges are based on a flat hourly rate of $120.00/hour for any work preformed. Charges are incurred in 1 hour increments.

Remote Repair Service -- New Service
For my clients from Los Angeles, or otherwise not local,
this service is for you. Depending on the situation, your problem
may be able to be solved remotely. This is only recommended
if it is NOT possible for on-site service as it is more complex
and more importantly, limited.

$35/Hour Residential Rate (Reduced price! from 40/hour!)
$50/Hour Business Rate

Contract Service Available
Need a regular I.T. support person? Contract Services are available, usually offering a set amount of hours for a discounted price that are paid monthly. Other arrangements are also possible. Call or Email with any questions or propositions.

Consultation Services
Need advice on a how to setup your network? Recommendations
on anything from where to buy your computers and the types, to
home-theatre systems and HDTV's are available.

Charges are based on a flat hourly rate of $30.00/hour or 60.00/hour
for on-site help.

Website Construction -- New Service
Need a domain setup? Email Support? Or do you need
a complete site constructed? A professional looking website
is critical in today's world, for the success of your business.

Cost varies with the complexity and requirements of the website.
For general idea: a simple website may run $150.00 for a simple
layout and basic page. More complex, elaborate sites such
as this may run $2,000-$5,000. (This site has required aprox 80.00
hours to create, including graphic creation, layers, tables, java,
domain creation and more.)

If there is other work that you may need, don't hesitate to ask!

Off-Site work:
Requested work on occasion may need to be preformed off-site. This may include removal of the PC from the home. If such a situation is necessary, an estimate of the number of hours at the standard flat rate required to complete the task will be given to the customer. This quote is guaranteed – meaning the price will not go up should more time be necessary to complete the work. The customer may then decide if he/she wishes to proceed.

Disclaimers:

*All requests for service will receive a call at which time the consultant may speak with the customer to get the best understanding of the problem as possible. All issues in which the customer would like resolved MUST be presented at this time – and will be noted before work begins. The customer should ask any questions regarding pricing at this time.

** The work requested by the customer will be completed – and must be signed the “Completion of Work/Service Agreement” when complete. This agreement will be covered before work begins and will state clearly that the requested work has been complete – and the computer no longer exhibits the issue requested to be resolved by the customer. Any new hardware will have a 30-day guarantee. If any additional service is needed, or the issue should resurface additional consultant charges may apply.
