I consider my self an intermediate knowledge computer customer, having built 12 or so computers over the last 6 years or so. My friends call on me to fix basic software and hardware problems for them.  I have WASTED hours and hours in frustration learning how to do things I'll probably only do just once. Though I enjoy learning some of this stuff, at 63 years of age, life is too short!   The 2 times I've used Nick Ellis' service has saved me time on about a ratio of 12 to one!
